Job DetailsThe selected candidates must be willing to work in shifts at any time, the selected candidates will have to get involved in providing Voice & E-Mail as Technical Help Desk Services to IBM Internal End User and External Commercial Account End User across North America, EMFA & AP.
The selected Fresh candidates will handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issue for end users.
Required Skills:
Degree of BE/B.Tech or any other technical degree form recognized institute/university of India.
Proficient knowledge in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-Up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
Proficient knowledge in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP, configuration options and troubleshooting.
Good communication Skills.
